The flavors, which should be bold and bright, were a little dull. That not withstanding, it is one of the very few places to get a Vietnamese noodle salad... I have been there weekly since they opened and LOVE that salad. I would Love Love Love to see the addition of authentic Bahn mi sandwiches... if that happened, this restaurant might see me daily... just saying. Despite the less than vibrant flavors, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for good food at a fair price.

We ate there the first week it opened. The fried rice was horrible. It was mushy and way over cooked.

I went there today for lunch and it was my second trip.. They offer a gluten free menu and the food is well prepared and tasty. A reasonably healthy Chienes open and very quick.

Very impressed with the new location. You can dine in or take out. Service was great, all of the employees were very friendly. I went with my family and we had their beef pho, orange chicken and noodle salad. The recipes were authentic and the flavored were bold and delicious. Will definitely be coming back again!

WARNING FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING LIKE CHUNG KING OR AMERICANIZED CHINESE!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!!! For those of you who are looking for fresh flavorful food then this is the place for you. Their stir frys are vibrant and fresh, no soggy vegetables that were quickly deep fried to give them back their color. Today I had the shrimp peapod, nice big shrimp (not over cooked) freah crisp peapods and a nice flavorful brown sauce. Had a dessert today, baked fesh by the owner. New York style cheese cake. WOW is all I can say.....excellent texture and taste, cheese was firm but not overly firm. The crust you can tell was not one of those pre made ines very nice!

They had only been open for less than a week when we stopped by for dinner. They do a brisk carry-out business. You evidently can call in your order as we saw a couple times where someone came in and paid for an order that was waiting for them and they were outta there. The drill is to order at the big counter and they either bag it if it's to go or bring it to you if you're eating there. We ordered the spring rolls - bad idea. Some of the worst we've ever had. The wraps were thick and sticky. Minimal variety of contents. And, believe it or not, it actually looked like they had used some kind of pressed (mystery?) meat instead of something maybe a bit fresher. So their spring rolls were a BIG disappointment. Same goes for the fried rice my wife ordered. Minimal seasoning. Soy sauce helped a little. My Kung Pao Beef or Sceshwan Beef can't remember which one for sure as I'm writing this a week after we were there. But I do remember eating the whole serving right down to the bare plate and that's very unusual for me. Hope they get those spring rolls and the fried rice tuned up. There's a lot of potential here. I hope they get their act together.

This is not your typical Asian restaurant! They don't use MSG and the veggies are crisp and tasty, definitely fresh. I love the pho and everything else I have tried. If your looking for something like a Panda Express with food drowning in msg and lacks original flavor then this isn't the place for you!!!!!! Warning the deserts by Diana are very addicting !!!! Cheesecake is always to die for and the tiramisu is delicious as well.

Szechuan beef was good (not much meat, but generous with the carrots). They are very good at spicy, if requested. Hot stickers good as well. Fresh ingredients. Average large sized entee $10, a bit over priced considering the amount of meat in the dish and that it was take out.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly.
